IOA blocks travel of Palestinian MPs

The Israeli occupation authority (IOA) on Saturday blocked the travel of MPs Mohammed Al-Tal and Mohammed Abu Juhaisha who were heading to Saudi Arabia to perform Haj (pilgrimage).
Tal told the PIC reporter that he was forced back home from the King Hussien Bridge linking the occupied West Bank to Jordan after Israeli soldiers held his diplomatic passport and that of his wife for hours before telling them that they are banned from travel outside the West Bank for whatsoever reason and ordered them to return home.
The IOA had informed Abu Juhaisha of the same ban earlier on Saturday and told him to return home after few hours of holding his passport. He said that the IOA officials told him that he was banned from travel without giving any reason.
The IOA had earlier blocked the travel of former minister MP Abdulrahman Zeidan from travel to perform Haj a few days earlier.
